Corporate and Small Group Personal Training
If you have a group of workmates, a mothers group or just a group of friends and would all like to get fit and healthy together, you have come to the right place.
Whether it be simply time to unplug, see your friends or make new friends, Small Group Training guarantees 45 minutes of ‘YOU time’ to schedule into your weekly diary just as you would for any other appointment you wouldn’t cancel or miss.
