12 Rounds HIIT Boxing is a High Intensity Interval Training concept combining Boxing and high intensity exercises for 12 X 3 minute rounds. This format is set up to challenge you just as three minute rounds would in a boxing match! Think high energy and loads of FUN!
Each session consists of boxing drills and combos using gloves and focus pads combined with cardio circuits using various equipment such as agility ladders, hurdles and cones
The session is structured to encourage team work by training together as a group as well as individual and partnered components
Your 12 Round Workout can run for 30 or 45 minutes. It’s your choice! We want your team building workout to suit your schedule!
METAFIT- THIRTY MINUTE BODYWEIGHT WORKOUT
With Master Trainer & 2XU Ambassador Bianca Trainer
30 minute Metafit session, including warm up and stretch- Bodyweight training to amp the heart rate and provide a massive calorie after burn effect which recharges your mind and body to kick off your afternoon with maximum productivity!
Choose one or a combination of both training formats over a four/eight week block
